IEPF was given a positive recommendation to receive the ECOSOC’s consultative status
Mr. Umud Mirzoyev, Chairman of the International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF) along with Mr. Boris Golovin, IEPF’s Plenipotentiary Representative in the Russian Federation, have participated in the Regular Session of UN ECOSOC (Economic and Social Council) NGO Committee which took place from 22 January – 02 February, 2007 in New York. The Application Package of the IEPF for receiving Consultative Status along with other 103 new applications, 6 reclassifications, 37 deferred applications, 100 new quadrennial reports submitted by NGOs were on the agenda of the Regular Session of UN ECOSOC.
