TRT representative visits the IEPF’s office

Today, the Deputy Chairman of TRT Istanbul Mr. Huseyin Bashusta and his wife Mrs. Adalet paid a visit to the office of IEPF. Mr. Huseyin and his wife have been in Azerbaijan for three days. My Trip to Karabakh

It was the fist time I traveled to one of the beautiful corners of Karabakh – Fuzuli. This beautiful place 15 years ago was occupied and destroyed but later liberated by Azerbaijan Army. Spring has just come and gone; the place was beautiful, everywhere covered with green looking very attractive to behold. Breathing the fresh air we walked the beautiful land, but alas! IEPF Chairman elected as a Press Council’s Deputy Chairman

Today two Deputies of the Chairman were elected at the first meeting of the newly elected Executive Board of the Press Council of Azerbaijan. According to Council’s chairman Aflatun Amashov’s presentation, Umud Rahimoglu, Chairman of the International Eurasia Press Fund and Mushfiq Alaskerli were elected deputies of the chairman representing journalists and the public respectively. Umud Rahimoglu returns from international event

Umud Rahimoglu had participated in a regional conference organized by the European center for Non-for-Profit Law in Bazaleti city of Georgia based on the project “Creating new opportunities” under the framework of “Government civil society relations”. The conference which lasted from the 3rd to the 5th of June had other participants representing Azerbaijan such as Rauf Zeyni, the president of the National NGO forum, Aydin Kerimov, the Independent Law Centre chairman.
